Guarantee:
In General: According to the Danish laws, you as a customer have a 2 year guarantee claim.
Life time warrenty: On top of that, we offer a life time guarantee against production faults, which means, if anything happens to your jewelry after 10 or 15 years, which is due to an error in the manufacturing, it will be covered by the guarantee.
However, this does not include faults caused by wear and tear or misuse.
Delivery Conditions:
Your order will, under normal circumstances, be shipped out 1-2 week-days after we recieve it, if it is in stock. See each product for specific details.
Making special Jewellery orders please add 10 week-days.

Return Rights:
If You, for any reason, are not saticfied with Your Museums Kopi Smykke jewelry purchase, You can return Your Museums Kopi Smykke jewelry within one week.
The responsibility, for the item to arrive to us, is Yours.
